Foundation
Options:
Although most of our house plans are designed with a slab, basement, and
crawlspace foundations, some plans are offered only with one or two of
these. In most cases we can modify any of our plans to include your desired foundation
option. Please, contact
us to obtain a quote.

Architectural
Seals:
Our plans are shipped without any Architectural seals or stamps. Some
cities and states require plans to be reviewed and sealed by a locally
licensed architect or engineer. We advise that you consult your local
building official, who can tell you if such a review is required.

Building
Codes:
All
of our plans conform to the IBC (International Building Code) version at the
time plans were produced. Since codes change over time and also depending
on where you are planning to build, you may need to modify our plans to
comply with local building requirements (snow loads, energy codes, seismic
zones, etc.). We strongly recommend that you consult a local licensed
architect or engineer and speak with a building official prior to applying
for a building permit or construction.
